I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. The location is pretty decent, being near the beach, but it lacks some amenities like umbrellas for shade. While the rooms were large and comfortable, I had a disturbing cleanliness issue. On the upside, I enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast was surprisingly good. However, the service could really use some improvement as I encountered some rude staff during my check-in.

The hotel is in a great location, really close to the festival mall and Banzaan market, making it super convenient to explore the area. I had a decent stay overall. The rooms were spacious and pretty clean, but I did feel like there was a lack of privacy as the opposite building had a clear view of my girlfriend getting ready. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, located conveniently close to the Banzza Night markets and just a 10-minute walk from Patong Beach.
